Appointments

We do not charge a booking fee for appointments. We do require a credit card to secure your booking. If your appointment is not canceled within our policy, a no show fee is charged.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If changes are not made within this time frame we charge a $150 no show fee. Please note we are a small boutique and we are specifically allotting a stylist and fitting room for your appointment.

Accessories & Sample Sale Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If changes are not made within this time frame we charge a $50 no show fee.

Please Note:

Due to space constraints, we allow our clients two guests during weekend appointments, and up to three guests during weekday appointments. Please give us a call if you would like to bring more guests. We'll try to accommodate you.
